Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through www.vlcfj.com are considered custom orders, made as requested by the purchaser, and we are not required to provide a refund as all sales are final. Each piece of jewelry may take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you have customized your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer will be held responsible for all shipping fees as they are non-refundable.
